Welcome to betviner. These Terms & Conditions outline all the rules and obligations governing the use of the betviner platform. By accessing the website or registering an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Betviner is an online gaming and betting platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, and casino games to users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules set out here.

Betviner reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or an on-platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use Betviner, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. This platform is strictly off-limits to minors.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform of your own free will.
• Online gaming is legal in your area of residence and you are complying with the applicable laws.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You have not previously been banned from Betviner or had an account terminated.

If it is found that a member registered using false information or violated the age requirement, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Rules

Each individual may register only one account at Betviner. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household will be treated as duplicates and may be suspended.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to another person.
• If your details change, please update your account promptly.
• Documents requested for KYC verification must be submitted within 7 business days.

Betviner reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited to an account in error due to a technical issue — even if those funds have already been used.

Betting Terms & Conditions

Once a bet is finalised on betviner, it cannot be changed. Please review the odds and rules carefully before placing your bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used if available.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Betviner reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the type of event.

Bets may not be accepted due to network delays during live betting. In such cases, the stake will be refunded, but no compensation will be provided.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at Betviner are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• Minimum deposit amount: 500 BDT. Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 BDT.
• Full account verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Your deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• The mobile number used for withdrawals must be the same number registered on your account.
• Withdrawals may be held and investigated in the event of suspicious transactions.

Depositing from or withdrawing to a third-party account is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in permanent account closure.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

To enjoy bonuses and promotions at Betviner, specific wagering requirements must be met. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn (wagering requirement).
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses will be considered fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — the specific offer details will state the exact duration.
• Betviner reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Any bonus credited in error due to a technical issue will be reclaimed. If system exploitation related to bonuses is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

Code of Conduct

Betviner is committed to maintaining an orderly and safe environment for all users. All members are expected to follow the rules below:

• Disrespectful behavior toward other members or staff is not tolerated.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Match fixing or gaining any unfair advantage through dishonest means is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or manage your account is strictly prohibited.
• The platform may not be used for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time upon request. Contact support and the process will be completed within 48 hours.

• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
• Betviner may close any account at any time without notice for violation of these rules.
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account will be locked for the specified period.
• Once an account is closed, no bonuses or pending bets can be claimed.

As part of responsible gaming, betviner offers a self-exclusion feature. Once activated, access to the platform will be restricted for a set period.

Right to Amend Terms

Betviner reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be provided via email or an on-platform announcement prior to any changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may close your account.
